DRY AGED RIBEYE
Dry-Aged in house a minimum of 28 Days resulting in a more rich and abundant beef flavor. Trimmed and hand-cut to 12oz.
PRIME RIB
Herb-crusted, slow-roasted, and carved to order. Au Jus and 'Creamy Horseradish." Available in 10, 12, & 16 ounce cuts.
FILET MIGNON
Our most lean and tender beef. Melt in your mouth. Available in 'Petite' or 'Hearty' cuts.
